30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days money-back guarantee. Simply return the products to us within 30 days in their original, unopened condition (excluding shipping costs) to 10 Ubi Crescent, #01-43 Uzi Techpark, Singapore 408564. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot reimburse for items lost in transit.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind within 14 days of receipt, you're entitled to an exchange or a full refund, including the standard delivery costs. Products must be returned sealed and in their original packaging within 14 days of the initial communication. Note that additional costs for express or specified-time deliveries are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Faulty Products
